We are hiring entry-level Associates for biannual new-hire Cohorts (June + January), who will all receive comprehensive training before entering a specific career track.

Below Are the Two Career Tracks For These Roles:

Talent Executive


The Talent Executive is the first point of contact with candidates as they navigate through the experience of finding career opportunities. Working directly with the technical community, you will create relationships with passive candidates in addition to job seekers, helping to educate them on the current market, introduce them to hiring managers, and serve as council as they negotiate employment opportunities and offers.

Account Executive


The Account Executive is a pivotal role in our success story at Agility Partners. Working directly with our clients, you will drive business development through a consultative approach, connecting these companies with top talent as we assist in the buildout of their IT departments.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned clients.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.

  • Work within multiple databases and tools for sourcing and tracking of candidates.

What You'll Need:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an agency recruitment role

  • Technical Recruiting experience
